We provide you with cus­tom-made, pre­cisely fit­ting blisters/​trays for med­ic­al devices and phar­ma­ceut­ic­al products. We offer you an all­round ser­vice from con­cep­tion, through devel­op­ment with our own CAD work­sta­tion and 3D print­er, to pro­duc­tion and testing.

We pro­duce blister pack­aging using pos­it­ive and neg­at­ive tools on dif­fer­ent sys­tems in our ISO class 7 clean room. Our pro­cesses and machines are of the highest qual­ity and val­id­ated, which is why we can guar­an­tee the max­im­um blister qual­ity. Using a tech­nique called deep-draw­ing, also called ther­mo­form­ing, we gen­er­ate shapes that pre­cisely frame your product and provide a sterile barrier.

We offer our cus­tom­ers an end product check using state-of-the-art 3D meas­ur­ing equip­ment. This guar­an­tees the pre­cise and reli­able meas­ure­ment of cus­tom­ized blisters/​trays.

You can ster­il­ize the blisters/​trays and their con­tents using com­mon meth­ods such as gamma rays, x‑rays, ethyl­ene oxide or steam. We also offer addi­tion­al ser­vices to help you meet your qual­ity, safety and effi­ciency require­ments, more details of which can be found under Ser­vices.
