In order to guar­an­tee error-free pro­cessing of pro­jects, we use a cloud-based print data portal, which is also oper­ated by the cus­tom­er and his agency. The tool is used for effi­cient com­mu­nic­a­tion and approvals and enables error-free pro­cessing includ­ing qual­ity assur­ance and archiv­ing. The auto­mated log book shows each indi­vidu­al pro­cess step and the asso­ci­ated respons­ible per­son. This way the cor­res­pond­ence can be reduced to the essen­tials and every­one knows exactly what has been done in advance or which step is next.

The release cycle (draft to GfP) takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depend­ing on the product and customer.
